A lot of people in business like to talk about their accomplishments and carefully omit the f*ck-ups. I find it very unhelpful, particularly to those that are just starting out and end up getting the wrong picture about what a successful life looks like.
Personally, I’m committed to being transparent about what it took me to arrive where I am and, by doing so, help empower others.
